If you're looking for a safe home exercise routine that's easy on the joints, a rebounder may be the perfect solution.
Use the rebounder by gently jumping up and down. You'll receive a cardiovascular workout while also building muscle. Best of all, you can listen to music or watch TV while you exercise.
The Rebounding Difference
Rebounding has been shown to reduce body fat, strengthen muscles, tone problem areas, increase agility and improve mood. Unlike jogging, rebounding is easy on your joints, with little risk of injuries.
People who jump on a mini-trampoline a few times a day for a minimum of 10 minutes each time find they concentrate longer, sleep better and feel less tense. The effect is not just psychological – the action of bouncing up and down against gravity is one of the most beneficial aerobic exercises ever developed.
In addition to providing a good source of exercise, rebounding also helps stimulate your lymphatic system and facilitate the removal of toxins. Watch the following video to see how easy rebounding can be:

Rebounding Basics
Adults can start with five minutes of rebounding and increase their time as their fitness level improves. Seniors can start with two minutes several times per day, with at least 30 minutes between rebounding sessions. (Older people must start gradually to give their connective tissue time to strengthen.)
Inactive seniors may find that gently jumping on a mini-trampoline gives them renewed vigor and zest for life. Hyperactive children often calm down after just a few days of rebounding.
